As part of our quality control, each watch is checked to ensure they meet your expectations and the arrive as described. Each watch is thoroughly packaged to protect it during transportation, in an unmarked custom designed shipping box. All items are sent using a fully insured and tracked service offering you complete peace of mind. 

Delivery Notifications

Once our team have despatched your item(s) you will receive an email from UrbanWatches confirming that your order has been shipped and this will also contain a tracking number whereby you can trace your delivery straight to your doorstep. This can be monitored at our website.

Delivery Timescale

We aim to despatch your item(s) within 2 - 6 days of receiving payment. 

International Deliveries

We provide a worldwide delivery service using DHL Express. If you are purchasing outside the UK, please be advised that delivery could take up 10 working days from when it has been despatched.
